Take a fascinating behind-the-scenes tour of labs within the University’s Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health – where life-changing and life-saving research takes place.

Please note these tours are restricted to University staff, students and their children. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Staff and students should bring their University ID cards with them.

Join our experts in pharmacy on a journey from the history of pill making through to modern day pill composition and manufacture. You’ll get to build molecular models, try your hand at virtual drug simulations and get hands-on with equipment used by community-based pharmacists.

Gain an insight into the different roles undertaken by our pharmacy students – and grab the chance to meet leading professionals in this important field.
