Take part in a fun and interactive drumming session with Afrocats musician Godfrey Pambalipe.

Everyone is welcome to drum along to the exciting beats of the Djembe – a hand drum originating from West Africa, now used all over Africa. It’s a great way to explore rhythm, sound, and music together.

Godfrey uses the Djembe as a tool for learning about African music and culture as children learn to play with Djembe using their hands to explore different sounds and rhythms.

Expect a lively, inclusive session full of rhythm and creativity. No experience needed -just bring your enthusiasm and have a go!

This event is part of our Bee Curious talks programme. A limited number of tickets may be available on the day, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
