Fair Food Futures
Exhibition
You can view the Fair Food Futures UK exhibition in the entrance to Alliance Manchester Business School .
Food insecurity affects many families across the UK. Around 1 in 5 households with children do not have regular access to enough food, which can impact both physical and mental health.
The exhibition shares photographs and real-life stories from families with children in Tower Hamlets, London, and Bradford. It explores how people and communities respond to challenges around food, dignity, and belonging.
For over a year, three researchers worked closely with nine community food organisations in Tower Hamlets and Bradford, working alongside local teams and families.
The exhibition shares everyday experiences of families affected by food insecurity in the UK, highlighting the importance of dignity and community support.
