Then discover how to get enough quality shut eye at this revealing wellbeing session led by Helen Brewis, Occupational Psychologist and Head of Colleague Wellbeing here at The University of Manchester.

In this session, Helen will guide you in reflecting on your sleep patterns and quantity of sleep at night. You’ll dive into the critical importance of sufficient sleep and the impacts of sleep deprivation.

You’ll cover common factors and behaviours that disrupt healthy sleep cycles and, importantly, learn practical tips to help identify and overcome your personal barriers to restful nights.
