Audience Suitable for all

At a time when young people’s wellbeing faces new challenges and increasing pressures, it’s more important than ever that doors are opened, not closed.

Join an absorbing panel discussion on how we can create SPACES (Supporting Participation in Arts, Culture, Entertainment and Sports) to help not only safeguard but improve wellbeing for young people, now and in the future.

The esteemed panel is led by James Robertson, National Director of the pioneering #BeeWell initiative, a youth-centred programme (led by The University of Manchester, the Gregson Family Foundation and Anna Freud) that listens to the voices of young people, acts together for change and celebrates young people’s wellbeing.

James is joined by Professor Neil Humphrey, Research Lead for #BeeWell; Sameed Rezayan, Head of Learning at renowned arts, music and cultural space Factory International; and Gabrielle Hammill, Head of Impact at education and social inclusion charity Football Beyond Borders.

With moving insights from research and practice, plus an opportunity for audience Q&A, it promises to be a fantastic event that can help drive real change.

Discover the linked programme of events for young people, and the young at heart, led by #Beewell partner organisations the Shoopery and The Circus House.
